With over 24 years’ experience in the field, Craig has developed a highly specialised business which has been recognised for its high standards. That’s why it was  Australia’s first quarantine approved premise (QAP) which is independent of a collection centre.

With Claire in charge of International logistics and Kerrin in charge of domestic logistics, they are supported by a highly trained team as they manage export/import quarantine inspections and audits through The Department of Agriculture at Tullamarine Airport. Gene Movers QAP status means that if there is a problem coming through customs, the delicate products are able to be quarantined safely within cryogenic tanks on their own premises. In this way the health status of products from each individual country can be carefully and securely preserved.

Craig and Claire both love dealing with the distribution side of the business, particularly in managing the demands of international delivery and compliance with quarantine regulations. They pride themselves on their high standard of customer service, doing the hard work for you by handling the product so it maintains its viability and quality.
